Out of these courses for general public the course of Medical Lab Technician is running successfully. |

A six-month course for Scooter Repair and Maintenance has also beer started for boys at Jandiala Guru. These courses are very beneficial for rural people who can run their own business or can be a helping hand to their parents. In transfer of technology, community wing has chosen Mashroom Cultivation and bio-gas plant as its target this year.
LIBRARY The library of the college aims at supporting teaching, providing necessary information to the students as well as the staff and for the enrichment of their knowledge in the various fields of science and technology The library has over 8392 books on Architecture, Electronics, Medical Lat Technology, Modern Office Practice, English, Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Computers. Efforts are being made for the upgradation of library facilities

promoting extra-curricular activities along with studies.
INDUSTRY-INSTITUTE
INTERACTION To acquaint the students with industrial know-how and its working and to encourage the students to work with their hands, to learn to some extent the skills involved in their branch of engineering and to get a first hand knowledge of their duties, an institution interaction cell has been created. Here the programmes to impart practical training for various industries are framed and meticulously followed.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES (EDPS) CELL EDPS
are organized to promote entrepreneurship amongst diploma holders so as to
enable them to make effective contribution to the economic development of
the country by setting up their own small scale enterprises and generate
additional employment. From time to time, EDPS were organized to provide
necessary awareness and motivation to students for promoting
self-employment and alternatives to wage-employment. |
